Where can i find my tracking number?
If you did not yet receive your tracking number by email, you can use our Order Lookup to view the tracking number and status of your order.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship to many countries in the world! However, we do have some countries that we should review and approve prior to shipping. We always reach out to you if there are issues with shipping to your destination country. 

I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?
Sometimes, depending on the order. Depending on what products were ordered, we may ship out items in your order as soon as they have been processed instead of waiting till the entire order is complete. We use this shipping method to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.

When will you ship my order?
Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse. Our order processing times is: 1-3 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive? 
Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you select. The standard shipping time is about 7-18 business days. The express delivery time is about 3-7 business days.


Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
When shipping internationally, it’s common for tracking to stop updating for several days. If it’s been over 7 business days since your tracking status changed, fill out our Contact Us Form and include your order number.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to over 50 countries! If you cannot select your country when checking out, fill out our Contact Us Form and we will let you know if we are able to ship to your address.

My order status says "delivered”, but i have not received it.
Fill out our Contact Us Form with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Why isn't this product available to ship to my country?
Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.
